  Elsie Kline
    
 Mrs. Elsie E. Kline, 81, of 54 South Ave. died at 9:30 p.m. Wednesday in 
  the Phillipsburg State General Hospital where she had been a patient 
for the 
  past two weeks.
     Born Oct. 18, 1898, in Weedville, she was the daughter of the late Edward 
  and Emma Yale Smith.  Her husband, Jacob 
S. Kline, died in 1973.
     Mrs. Kline attended the First Free Methodist Church in Bradford.
     Surviving are four daughters, Mrs. Francis Saggese 
and Mrs. Marjorie 
  McCracken, both of Allport, and Mrs. Pamela Fannin, and Mrs. Beatrice Powers, 
  both of Bradford; four sons, Edward Kline, and 
Howard and Kenneth Powers, all 
  of Bradford and Paul Kline of Warren; six grandchildren; 32 great-
  grandchildren; a great-great grandchild; three 
sisters, Mrs. Dorothy McCracken 
  of Bradford, Miss Dora Smith of Weedville, and Mrs. Gladys Beldin of Sterling 
  Run; five brothers, Russell Smith 
in Texas, Harry Smith of Weedville, Ralph 
  Smith of Eldred, and Charles and Lloyd Smith, both of Penfield.
     She was preceded in death by a son 
and two brothers.
     Friends may call after 3 p.m. today at the Hollenbeck Funeral Chapel where 
  a funeral service will be conducted at 1 p.m. 
Saturday by the Rev. Glenn A. 
  Hamilton, pastor of the Duke Center Free Methodist Church.  Burial will be in 
  the Limestone Cemetery.
