                   Marriage - Brower - Workman

            The marriage of JANET LOUISE WORKMAN, daughter
        of Mr. and Mrs. HENRY WORKMAN, of Prospect Park,
        and Pfc. HERBERT DALLAS BROWER, son of
        Mr. and Mrs. RALPH S. BROWER, of Prospect Park, 
        was solemnized at 6 p. m., Saturday, Sept. 8, in
        Prospect Hill Baptist Church, The Rev. HOMER L.
        TRICKETT, pastor of the church, officiated.
            Her matron of honor was her sister, Mrs. DONAVIN
        GEAR, of Philadelphia.
            MARY BROWER, sister of the groom, was maid of
        honor.
            The bride's niece, BONNY LOU WORKMAN, was
        flower girl.
            Pfc. BROWER had as his best man, his brother,
        Cpl. RALPH S. BROWER, Jr., and his ushers were
        Pfc. GEORGE HERMAN, of Brookline and his uncle,
        Pfc. FRANCIS R. BROWER, of Philadelphia.
            After a wedding trip to the seashore, Pfc. BROWER
        will report to Alabama and Mrs. BROWER will live with
        her parents for the present.
            The bride was graduated from Prospect Park High
        School, class of 1945, and the groom, upon his
        graduation from the same high school, was inducted
        into the service. He has been stationed overseas with
        the 104th Hospital unit.
