  MRS. FLORENCE WALTER
     Mrs. Florence Walter, 82, widow of Charles Walter, formerly of Littles 
  Corners, died Friday, March 12, 1971, at a rest home at St. Petersburg, Fla.  
  She had been residing at 211 83rd Avenue North, St. Petersburg.
     Mrs. and Mrs. Walter operated a grocery store at Littles Corners about 15 
  years ago.
     She was born in Meadville, a daughter of Mr. and Mrs. George Pierce.
