  RONALD C. ANGLEMYER, of the architectural firm of Royer & 
Anglemyer, of Altoona, is a native of Leetonia, Ohio, where 
he was born July 12, 1896, a son of Charles and Anna M. 
(Cope) Anglemyer, both of whom were born in Leetonia, where 
the father is now station agent for the Erie Railroad. 
Graduating from the Leetonia High School in 1914, Mr. 
Anglemyer took up the study of architecture at the 
University of Pennsylvania, from which he graduated with the 
class of 1921. For three years thereafter, he was divisional 
survey engineer for the Bell Telephone Company at 
Harrisburg, Pa.  He became a member of the architectural 
firm of Wittman & Royer, at York, Pa., and was later 
associated with the firm of Lawry & Green, of Harrisburg, 
until 1928.  In that year, he came to Altoona, where he has 
since been in partnership with David A. Royer under the 
style of Royer & Anglemyer, with offices in the Commerce 
Building.  In Masonry, he is a member of the Leetonia Blue 
Lodge, the Consistory, and Zembo Temple of the Shrine, 
Harrisburg.  He is also a member of the University Club, of 
Harrisburg, and attends the Lutheran Church.  He married 
Eleanore C. Walter, of Harrisburg.
