The 2nd Day of April 1785 Personaly appeared before me one of the
Justices of the Peace (??) for the County of Bucks William Thompson and
James Snodgrass and made oath that thay have appraised all the Goods
Chattles Rights and Credits of James Wear of the Township of Warenton in
the County of Bucks   ??? Decd that was ??? to them by the
Administrators of the Decd and that the foregoing is a True Inventry
Thereof made to the Best of Their skill and knowledg Witness my hand the
Day and year above To --

Know all Men by these Presents That We Robert Weir (prob.), John Weir,
James ~~Barclay & William Walker, all of Warrington Township in the
County of Bucks, Yeoman-------
are held & firmly bound unto Joseph Hart Esq(?) yester forth, ???? ??  &
ganting Letters of Administration, in & for the County of Bucks in the
Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, in the Sum of Six hundred---------Pounds,
to be paid to the ? Joseph Hart, his certain attorney, Exors. Admrs or
Assigns:  To the which payment will & truly to be made we bind
ourselves, jointly & severally, for & in the whole, our Heirs, Exors. &
Admrs firmly by these presents.  Sealed with our Seals.  Dated the
thirteenth Day of April--in the Year of our Lord, One thousand
sevenhundred & eighty-five.
The Condition of this obligation is such, That if the above bounden
Robert Weir and John Weir---------------Administrators of all & singular
the Goods, Chattels, Rights & Credits of this Deceased, which have or
shall come to the Hands, possession or knowledge of them the said Robert
Weir & John Weir----------- or unto the Hands & possession of any other
person or persons for them and the same so made do exhibit, or cause to
be exhibited, into the Register's Office, in the County of Bucks the
same so made do exhibit or cause to be exhibited, into the Register's
Office, in the County of Bucks at or before the thirteenth day of
May-------next evening; and the same Goods, Chattels & Credits, & all
other the Goods, Chattels & Credits of the said decd. at the time of his
Death, which at any Time after shall come to the Hands or possession of
the said Robert Weir & John Weir--------or into the Hands & possession
of any other person or persons for them do well & truly administer
according to Law.  And further, do make, or cause to be made, a true &
just account of their said Administration, at or before the thirteenth
Day of April Anno Domini 1786.  And all the Rest & Residue of this &
Goods, Chattels & Credits which shall be found remaining upon thes d.
Administrator's Account (the same being first examined & allowed of by
the Orphans Court of the County of Bucks aforesd.)  shall deliver & pay
unto such person or persons respectively as this d. Orphans Court, by
their Decree or Sentence, pursuant to the true Intent & Meaning of the
several Laws now in Force in this Commonwealth shall limit & appoint. 
And if it shall hereafter appear that any Last Will & Testament was made
by this Deceased, & the Exor. or Exors. therein named, do exhibit the
same into the said Register's Office, making Request to have it allowed
& approved accordingly:  And if then the above boundens Robert Weir and
John Weir----------bring thereunto required, do render & deliver the ?
Letters of Administration (Approbation of such Testament being first had
& made in the ? Register's Office) then this obligation to be void & of
non Effect or else to remain in full Force and Virtue.

Notice is hereby given to the Heirs and Creditors and all others
concerned, that Robert & John Wier Administrators of the Estate of James
Wier Decd Warrington Township this day filed in the Regifer Office, a
fettlement of the account of Adminiftration, which agreeable to a late
law, in the cafe provided, will be prefented by me to the Orphan's Court
on Monday the fifth Day of November next at two o'clock, in the
afternoon for their final approbation when and where you, or either of
you may attend, if you think proper, otherwife it will pafs the faid
