I Joseph McCoy of Bristol Township in the County of Bucks and State of Pennsylvania, 
being of sound mind memory and understanding, do make and publish this my last Will 
and Testament, hereby revoking and making void all former wills by me at any time 
heretofore made.
FIRST - I direct that all my just debts and funeral expenses be fully paid by my 
Executors hereinafter named as soon as can conveniently be after my decease.
SECOND - I give devise and bequeath all the residue of my estate, real and personal, 
of whatever kind or nature the same may be, or wheresoever situated, unto my beloved 
wife Mary B. McCoy during her natural life, providing she remains my widow, and I 
hereby direct and request that she shall provide a comfortable home for my son 
Joseph McCoy during her natural life:  and after her decease if my said son Joseph 
should survive her I hereby direct my surviving executor to apply all the interest 
or income from my estate to the support of my said son during his natural life; 
and after my said wife and son Joseph shall both be deceased, I give and bequeath 
all of the said residue to my children, to be equally divided among them or their 
heirs.  But if either of my said children shall die, before such division is made 
without leaving lawful issue, then I direct that the share of such deceased child 
shall in like manner be equally divided among the survivors.
AND in order to effectuate the settlement of my estate I hereby vest in my said 
Executors or the survivor of them, full power and authority to sell and dispose 
of all my personal and real estate at public or private sale as he may deem best 
for the interest of the heirs, and to grant and assure the same to the purchaser 
or purchasers thereof in as full and large a manner in every respect as I myself 
could do if living.
AND LASTLY, I nominate constitute and appoint my said wife, Mary B. McCoy and my 
son John A. McCoy to be the Executors of this my last Will and Testament.
IN WITNESS whereof I Joseph McCoy the Testator, have to this my last Will set my 
hand and seal this Nineteenth day of December AD one thousand eight hundred and 
seventy four.

as and for his last Will and Testament in the             Joseph McCoy {seal}
presence of us who have hereunto subscribed
our names as witnesses thereto in the pres-
ence of the said Testator and of each other.

Mary B. McCoy being duly affirmed according to law says that Joseph McCoy died 
at his residence in the Township of Bristol in said County on the Second day 
of November 1878 at Eight oclock AM of said day.
