Renunciation on the Estate of Benjamin Cutler

To Lawrence Growden Esq. Deputy Register for the Probate of Wills and Granting of 
Letters of Administration in and for the County of Bucks

Sir
Whereas Benjamin Culter of Middletown in the County aforesaid my Late 
Husband Deceas'd Died Intestate and whereas by Law the Right of Administration to the 
Estate is Vested in mye the Subscriber, Now know ye that I do by these presents utterly 
Refuse and Renounce the Administration of the Goods Chattels Rights and Credits of the 
said Deceased's Estate, and Desire that Administration may be granted to John Cutler 
and Benjamin Cutler, my Late Husbands Sons, Witness my Hand and Seal this 10th day 
of March 1769
