                  Will of  Samuel Bunting, 1759

              BUCKS COUNTY, PA, WILL BOOK B, P. 369.
  
  I, Samuel Bunting of the Falls Township, in the County of Bucks in
  the Province of Pennsylvania.  Being weak of Body but of sound and
  perfect mind and Memory and thinking that this my Transitory Life may
  be short.  Doth make this my last Will and Testament.  Touching the
  Dispossession of what Estate I have, Hereby Revoking and Disanuling
  all other and former Will or Wills whatsoever heretofore by me made,
  and this to be taken for my last Will and Testament and none other.
  
  First.  I do Will that my Body shall be Decently buried according to
  the Discretion of my Executor hereafter named.
  
  Secondly.  I do will that my Just Debts and funeral Expenses be duly
  paid.
  
  Thirdly.  I give and bequeath unto my Beloved wife Priscilla Bunting
  my best Bed and all the furniture thereunto belonging And also the
  Just sum of Fifty Pounds current Lawful Money of Pennsylvania to be
  paid buy my Executor at the expiration of three months after my
  Decease, to be paid to her, her Heirs and Assigns.
  
  I also give and bequeath unto my youngest son, Namely Benjamin
  Bunting, a young bay Mare and one Red Cow and the sum of five pounds
  lawful Money aforesaid to be paid by my Executor at the Expiration of
  one whole year after my Decease to him his Heirs and Assigns.
  
  And it is my mind and will that all the rest and Residue of my
  Estate shall be equally Divided amongst my Children share and share
  alike, Benjamin not excepted, to be paid to them or their Heirs at
  the Expiration of one year after my Decease And Lastly I do make
  Nominate Constitute and appoint my loving Son Samuel Bunting to be my
  sole Executor to this my last Will and Testament.  In Witness whereof
  I have hereunto set my Hand and Seal this first day of the Twelfth
  Month, called December Ano:Domini One Thousand Seven Hundred and
  Fifty-Nine.
  
  Signed Sealed Pronounced and Declared by the said Samuel Bunting to
  be his last Will and testament in the presence of us.
