Following this will is an abstract of some of the papers found in the
Orphans Court regarding this will.

Know all men by these presents that I Stephen Acor of Buckingham township
county of Bucks and State of Pennsylvania, farmer, being of good health and
of sound and deposing mind and memory do make and publish this my last will
and testament hereby revolking all former Wills by me at anytime heretofore
made. And as to my worldly estate and all the property, real, personal
or mixed of which I shall die seized or possesed or to which I shall be
entitled at the time of my decease, I bequeath and dispose thereof in the
following manner to wit.
My will is that all my personal property and if possible my real estate
shall be sold within sixty days after my death, and if the real esate can
not be sold within sixty days of ?? shall be rented for one year, and to be
sold within that year.
My will is that out of the proceeds of said sales the funeral expenses, all
just debts and the judgement Bond that I gave my wife Hannah Acor in lieu
of a dower of the amount of eighteen hundred dollars shall be paid.
I give and bequeath to my son Stephen Acor one hundred dollars to his use
and behoof forever; the rest and residue of my estate to be equally divided
among my eleven children, Elizabeth Pearce, Catharine Shipes, Martha
Miller, Ann Fenton, Stephen Acor, David Acor, James Acor, Wilhelmina Acor,
Sarah Acor, Rachel Acor Vilette Acor.
And lastly I nominate and appoint George B. Fell to be the executor of this
my last will and testament.
In testimony whereof I have hereunder ?? and seal the fifth day April in
the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and sixty two. signed

Witness present at signing Moses S. Fryling, Jacob G. Landis
Bucks County SS. On the Fourteenth day of September A.D. 1863 personally
appeared before me Jonathan Davis Register of Wills in and for the County
of Bucks, Moses S. Fryling & Jacob G. Landis the subscribing witnesses to
the annexed instrument of writing purporting to be the last will and
testement of Stephen Acor deceased and being first duly affirmed according
to law, did depose and say that they were present and saw, heard, Stephen
Acor the testator sign and seal, publish, pronounce and declare the annexed
paper writing as, and for his last Will and testament and at that at the
time of his so doing he was of sound mind and memory and of desposing??
understanding, to the best of their knowledge and belief.

Be it Remembered that on the Fourteenth day of September A. D. 1863 the
annexeded Last Will and testament of Stephen Acor, deceased, was duly
proved when Letters Testamentary thereon were granted unto George B. Fell
the Executor therein named he having been duly affirmed well and truly to
administer the goods and chattels rights and credits of said deceased
according to law, ?? also, diligently and faithfully to regard, and well
and truly comply with the provisions of the law relating to collateral
Inheritances, and that the estate of ?? deceased will will not exceed the
sum of Five thousand Dollars

On the Fourteenth day of September A. D. 1863 the last Will and Testament
of Sstephen Acor late of Buckingham Township decd', was duly proved when
letters testamentary thereon were granted unto George B. Fell. Inventory
filed same time ?? to 152477??

Acor, Stephen of Buckingham 8875 date 1864
1. Petition of Ann Fenton, wife of Randall Fenton and represented by Uriah
Fenton, she is a child of Stephen Acor, late of Buckingham, dec'd. Files
the following exceptions: a. executor has not handled all of the estate b.
payment of $1863 of principle & interest to Hannah Acor ought not to be
allowed c. credits of 97.53 store bill to Thomas C. Atherholt, 18.67
store bill to Fretz & Gotwals and 36.62 payed to Fretz & Gotwals should be
stricken d. credit of $8.00 paid to Hannah Acor, widow of testator should
not be allowed. e. credits to Drs. Wm. S. Hendric, John Dyer & John R.
Haney should not be allowed f. credit of $247.20 to Abel C. Atherholt for
services on farm should not be allowed g. various other errors 4 Nov
1864, court appointed auditor James B. Lambert
2. Petition of Rachel J. Acor & Violetta R. Acor, minor children of Stephen
Acor, need guardian, above age of 14. both signed. no date.
3. Opinion of estate auditor. Didn't allow expenditure of father's estate
for support of children living at home, because that reduced the
inheritance of the grown children.
4. Audit Report. he says that the Will allowed bond of $1800.00 to widow;
to son Stephen $100.00 to rest the residue divided equally among 11
children: Elizabeth Pearce, Catharine Shipes, Martha Miller, Ann Fenton,
Stephen Acor, David Acor, James Acor, Wilhelmina Acor, Sarah Acor, Rachel
Acor and Violetta Acor. will probated 14 Sept 1863. Auditor feels claim of
widow for money under Act to be disallowed as claim was submitted 1 1/2
years after probate.. 1865
5. George B. Fell is executor; Hannah Acor is widow.
6. Orphans Court record 28 Jan 1868. executor still has the share of James
Acor, son of Stephen. James cannot be found and executor asks to distribute
the money to other heirs. This was granted 1 Feb 1868
7. Regarding James Acor. Says not heard of him for 7 years, by testimony.
He leaves surviving him - of the whole blood, Elizabeth Pearce, Catharine
Shipes, Martha Miller, Ann Fenton, Stephen Acor, David Acor. Of the half
blood - Wilhelmina Acor, Sarah Acor, Rachel Acor and Violetta Acor. Carey
Smith is guardian for Rachel & Violetta.
9. testimony of Abraham Landis, lives in Landisville, Bucks Co., property
ajoins Stephen Acor, dec'd. Knew James Acor when he was a young man. Said
James left home 25 yrs ago and returned for a visit 20 yrs ago and has not
seen him since, but heard 10 years ago that James was living in Pittsburgh
and was single. 29 Feb 1868.
