Last Will and Testament of Rachel Richardson, transcribed from photocopy of
original filed in Register of Wills Office, Clearfield County Courthouse,
Clearfield, PA

  Be it Remembered, That I, Rachel Richardson of the township of Bigler, County
of Clearfield, and State of Pennsylvania, being of sound and disposing mind,
memory and understanding, and considering the uncertainty of life, do therefore
make, publish and declare this to be my last Will and Testament, in manner and
form following, that is to say:
  Item: I direct that my executor herinafter named shall as soon as possible
after my decease, collect all moneys that may be due and oweing to me, and from
the sum thus obtained shall pay all my just debts and funeral expenses and after
such payment shall have been made, I dispose of all my remaining property as
follows, to wit:
  Item: I give and bequeath unto my beloved husband William Richardson the use 
of
all my real estate and household furniture during his lifetime if he survives
the testator, but he does not have the right to sell or dispose of any furniture
or real estate.
  Item: I give and bequeath to my beloved children all my real estate and
personal property, at the decease of their father William Richardson, each one
to share and share alike.  I direct my executor to sell all my property and make
a division among my children, share and share alike, my executor is to sell the
property to the best advantage either by public sale or private sale as he may
see fit so to do.  This property after sale is to be divided among my children
namely Edward Richardson, John Richardson, Charley Richardson, Isaac Richardson,
Harry Richardson, William Richardson, Jr., Rachel Gillen, Somerfield Richardson,
James Richardson, Samuel Richardson, Benjamine Richardson, all to share and
share alike, except the pianno which I give and bequeath to my daughter Rachel
Richardson Gillen.
  And lastly, I do make, constitute and appoint James W. Ruffner to be the
executor of this my last Will and Testament, hereby revoking all former Wills
and Testaments by me at any time heretofore made, and declare this to be my last
Will and Testament.
  In Witness Whereof, I have hereunto subscribed my name and affixed my seal, 
the
Seventh day of September in the year of our Lord one thousand nine hundred and
twenty one.

  Signed, Sealed, published and declared by the testatrix above named, as and 
for
her last Will and Testament, in the presence of us, who have hereunto, at her
request, subscribed our names in her presence, and in the presence of each
other, as witnesses hereto.

Clearfield County, ss:
  On the 28th day of December, A.D. 1931 personally appeared before me, Milford
Bratton Register of Wills, in and for the County aforesaid, James Greenaway and
Ed Greenaway, who being duly sworn according to law, did depose and say that
they are well acquainted with the handwriting of Rachel Richardson and have seen
her write and that they believe that the signature of the said Rachel Richardson
is in her own proper handwriting.
