I Jacob Snyder of the County of Clearfield Township of Bell and State of 
Pennsylvania Being of sound mind memory and understanding do make and publish 
this my Last will and Testament hereby revoking and making void all former 
wills by me at any time made First I Direct that my body be decently buried 
Second I direct that my Wife Hester Snyder shall have all my personal 
property and to dispose of the same as she may think proper Third I direct 
that my wife Hester shall have the control of my farm and all the income of 
whatsoever sort arrising from the same as long as she shall live and at her 
death she shall be respectably buried at the expense of my estate Fourth at 
the death of my wife Hester Snyder I direct that my farm be sold and the 
proceeds be equally divided amonst my children as follows (Excepting my two 
sons David Snyder and Samuel H. Snyder Each to get five dollars and no more) 
My son John S. Snyder my son Jacob E. Snyder my daughter Catharine Allison my 
daughter Lydia my daughter Maria my daughter Hannah my daughter Eliza shall 
each have an equal part But my two sons David and Samuel have but five 
dollars each as above stated Fifth and last I appoint my soninlaw John L. 
Allison to be executor of this my Last will and Testament In witness thereof 
I hereunto set my hand & seal this April 24, 1871
