File 2 No 14 Petition for Citition(sic) to Henry H. Kephart
To the Honorable the Judges of the Orphan's Court for the County of Clearfield
     The Petition of Charlotte Kephart and Abram Kephart her husband of the 
Borough of Osceola respectfully showeth that she is an heir of the Estate of 
David Kephart late of Osceola in said county deceased - that letters of 
Administration of the estate of said David Kephart were granted to Henry H. 
Kephart of Osceola in said county by the Register thereof and that - more than 
one year has elapsed since said letters were granted - the said Henry H. 
Kephart as aforesaid has neglected to exhibit and file a just account and 
settlement of said estate in the Registers office in said county - your 
petitioner therefore prays the court rule award a citition (sic) directed to 
the said Henry H. Kephart commanding him to exhibit and file a just account 
and make a true settlement in the office of the register of said county before

petitioner who being by me first - duly sworn according to law did depose and 
say that the facts - set - forth in the above foregoing petition are just and

File 2 No 14 Citation David Kephart Estate
     In the matter of the Estate of David Kephart late of Osceola Clearfield 
County deceased.
     Whereas at - an Orphans Court - held at Clearfield for the county of 
Clearfield on the 24th September 1872 a petition was presented to said court 
by Charlotte and Abram Kephart heirs of said decedent - stating that more than 
one year having elapsed since the granting of Letters of Administration in 
said estte to H. H. Kephart and that said administrator has not filed any 
account - and praying for a citation to compel said H. H. Kephart to file said 
account.  Whereupon the said court awarded said Citation now therefore you H. 
H. Kephart Administrator aforesaid ... notice that you be and appear with your 
account of said estate at January Term 1873 and hereof fair not.
