Release the heirs of Abraham Goss deceased to Henry Kephart Executor of said
deceased.
Know all men by these presents that we the undersigned heirs and legatees
named in the will of Abraham Goss Senr late of the township of Decatur in the
County of Clearfield and State of Penna deceased do hereby acknowledge that we
have this day had and received of and from Henry Kephart acting Executor of
the last will and Testament of the said Abraham Goss Sen. deceased the sum of
one dollar and for other valuable consideration in full satisfaction and
payment of all such sum or sums of money share or shares purparts and dividend
which were due owing payable and belonging to us by any means whatsoever of or
on account of our full share part or dividend of the real and personal estate
of one said father deceased. And therefore we the said heirs and legatees of
said Abraham Goss deceased do by these presents remise release quitclaim and
forever discharge the said Henry Kephart his heirs Executors and
Administrators of and from the said share or dividend of the estate aforesaid
of and from all legacy or legacies and of and from all actions said payments
accounts claims and demands whatsoever for or by reason thereof or of any
other act matter cause or thing whatsoever from the beginning of the ... to
the day and date of these presents. In witness whereof we the parties have
hereunto set our hands and seal the 30 day of October AD 1860.

Before me the Subscriber or Justice of the Peace in and for said county
personally came the above named George Goss, John Goss, Jacob Goss, Abm Goss,
Issac Goss, George Goss, David Goss, Joseph Goss, Margaret Carson, Robert
Carson (her husband), Rachel Kephart and Jacob Kephart (her husband), Adam
Kephart, Nathan Kephart, Abm Kephart, and Jonathan Kephart (the last five
named being the heirs of Elizabeth Kephart who was a daughter of said Abm Goss
deceased she being now dead) and Susan Philips, who in due form of law
acknowledged the foregoing to be their and each of their act and deed. The
said Margaret Carson and Rachel Kephart being of full age and by me examined
separate and apart from their said husband said they did voluntarily and of
their own free will and accord sign and deliver the same without any coercion
or compulsion of their said husbands. In witness whereof I have hereunto set
my hand and seal the 30th day of Oct 1860.

personally came the above named Jonathan Hopkins (husband of Mary Hopkins a
daughter of Abram Goss deceased she being now dead) who in due form of law
acknowledged the foregoing to be his act and deed. Acknowledged and signed

Before me the Subscriber a Notary Public in and for said county
personally came the above named Mary Burlingame and her husband (she being a
kin of Elizabeth Kephart decd who was a daughter of Abram Goss deceased) she
being now dead) who in due form of law acknowledged the foregoing to be her
act and deed the said Mary Burlingame being of full age and by me examined
separate and apart from her husband and said she did voluntarily and of her
own free will and access sign and deliver the same without any coercion or
compulsion of her said husband. In witness of my hand whereunto I have set my
hand and seal this 4th day of March 1861.

Before me the subscriber a Justice of the Peace came the above named
Sarah Kephart and her husband Henry Kephart (She being a daughter of Abraham
Goss decd) who in due form of law acknowledged the foregoing to be her act and
deed. The said Sarah Kephart being of full age and by me examined separate
from her husband and said she did voluntarily sand of her own free will sign
and deliver the same without coercion or compulsion of her husband. Witness
