August Term page 101
     Orphans Court began and held at Clearfield town in and for Clearfield 
County on the 30th August 1841 before the honorable George Woodward Esq 
President and James Ferguson and John Patton Esq associates of said court.
     File C No. 14 The petition of Mary Cree setting forth that James Cree and 
Hannah Jane Cree minor children of William Cree deceased are under the age of 
fourteen years and that they have no person to take charge of their person and 
estate and praying the court a suitable person as guardian of said minor 
children whereupon the Court do appoint Julius A. Yager as a guardian of said 
minors upon his giving bail in the sum of eight hundred dollars.
