I, John Cree of the Township of Beccaria, County of Clearfield,  and State of 
Pennsylvania, being in a weak state of health but in my perfect senses, do 
declare this to be my last will and testament. 
    I direct and appoint that four hundred dollars be placed at interest by my 
executors, and that they pay to my beloved wife Jane Cree the lawful interest 
of the same yearly and every year while she shall remain my widow but in case 
she shall marry, then the above named sum shall be disposed of as hereafter 
directed. I also give and bequeath to my beloved wife, one cow. 
     I give and bequeath to my daughter Esther Feltwell (late Cree) 100 
dollars, to be paid to her at her Mothers decease in case she shall survive 
her but in case she should not survive her, then the above same sum to be paid 
to her elder daughter Naomi.
     I give and bequeath to my daughter Ann Cree one hundred dollars to be 
paid to her one year after my decease. I likewise order and direct that she 
shall have her choice of one of my horses and one cow and a saddle as her own 
bona fide.
    I give and bequeath to my daughter Mary McKee (late Cree) one dollar to be 
paid to her one year after my decease.
    I give and bequeath to my son William Cree one cow and one rifle.
    I  give and bequeath to my son David one horse, one cow and my watch.  
    I give and bequeath to my two sons William and David Cree all the 
remainder of my property to be equally divided between them. 
    I direct that in case my beloved wife should marry, then the four hundred 
dollars placed at interest, as above shall be paid to the before named persons.
    I  appoint and direct my son William Cree and my friend Isaac Rickets, to 
be my Executors, to act and perform as I would or could were I living.
Given under my had and seal this ninth day of May in the year of our 
Lord one thousand eight hundred and sixteen - 1816  John Cree
