GRAHAM, Register of Wills in and for the County of Clarion: I, the undersigned widow of Jeremiah Johnston late of Highland Twsp., Clarion County, deceased, do hereby renounce my right to act as Administratrix of my deceased husbands estate, and request you to appoint C. Johnston ADMINISTRATOR'S BOND IN THE MATTER OF THE ESTATE OF Jeremiah Johnston, Deceased Sept 26, 1904 CLARION COUNTY, SS: Before me J. P. Graham, Register of Wills, in and for said County, personaly came C. I. Johnston, of the town of Siverly of ___, in the County of Venango, who being sworn according to law, says: That he was acquainted with Jeremiah Johnston late of the Twsp. of Highland in said county of Clarion deceased; that he was present and saw him dead , and that he died at Highland Twsp. on the 25th day of August A.D. 1904 at about 11 o'clock a.m. of said day. Sworn and subscribed before me the 5th -C.I. Johnston day of Sept, A.D. 1904 J.P. Graham Know all Men by These Presents THAT WE C.I. Johnston, J.R. Dolby, and W.H. Reaghart are held firmly bound unto the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania in the sum of Four hundred Dollars to be paid to the said Commonwealth; to which payment well and truly be made, we bind ourselves jointly and severally for and in the whole, our heirs, executors and administrators firmly by these presents. Sealed with our seal, and dated the 5th day of September, A.D. 1904 The Condition of this Obligation is, That if the above bounden Administrat or all and singular the goods, chattels and credits of Jeremiah Johnston, deceased, do make or cause to be made, a true and perfect inventory of all and singular the goods, chattels and credits of the said deceased, which have come, or shall come to the hands and possession or knowledge of him the said C.I. Johnston or the hands or possession of any other person or persons, for him and the same so made, do exhibit or cause to be exhibited into the Register's Office, in the county of Clarion, within thirty days of the date hereof and the same goods, credits, and all other, the goods, chattels and credits, of the said deceased at the time of his death, which at any time after, shall come to the hands or posession of the said C.I. Johnston or into the hands or possession of any other person or persons for him to well and truly administer according t law, and further do make or cause to be made, a just and true account of his said Administration, within one year form the date hereof, or when herunto legally required, and all the rest and residue, of the said goods, chattels and credits which shall be found remaining upon the said administrator account, the same being first examined and allowed by the Orphans' Court of the county having jurisdiction, shall deliver and pay unto such person or persons as to the said Orphans' Court by their decree of sentence pursuant to law, shall limit and appoint, and shall well and truly comply with the laws of this Commonwealth relating to collateral inheritance, and if it shall hereafter appear that any last Will or Testament was made by the deceased, and the same shall be proved according to law, if the said C.I. Johnston being thereunto requiere, do surrender the said Letters of Administration into the Register's Office aforesaid, then thei obligation to be void, otherwise to remain in full force. -C. I.
