I will that all my Just Debts as Shall be by me-owing at my death together with my funeral expences and all charges touching the proveing of or otherwise concerning this my will. Shall in the first place out of any personal estate and effect be fully Paid and Satisfied; and after payment there of and Subject thereto, there my will is that my beloved wife Shall have the residue during her natural lifetime and at her Death and after paying her funeral expences it is my will that all my lands and tenements-together with person estate or the residue thereof I hereby bequeath to Thomas Pollum Jr. son of Andrew Pollum, Sr. providing the Said Thomas Pollum Shall stay on the farm with my wife Sabina Supplying her wants and taking good care of her during her natural lifetime. In default of which it is my will that She Shall at her death or during her lifetime(if need be) will the Same or sell to whom she will I make and ordain Henry Alexander and my wife Sabina Earley Executors of this my last will and testament - In witness whereof I Thomas Early the testator set my hand and Seal the twelfth day of Septmeber one Thousand eight hundred & forty two.
