WILL OF THOMAS EARLY, Deceased

In the name of God, Amen I Thomas Earley of Perry Township Clarion County
and State of Pennsylvania being sick and weak in body but of Sound mind,
memory and understanding(praise be God for it) and considering the certainty
of death and the uncertainty of the thereof, and to the end I may be the
better prepaired to leave this world, Whenever it shall please God to Call
me hence. do therefore make and declare this my last Will & Testament in
manner following, that is to say first of all and principally I commend
my Soul to Almight God my Creator, hoping for pardon and remission of all
my Sins and to Enjoy everlasting happyness in the heavenly kingdom. through
Jesus Christ my Saviour, My body I commit to the earth at the discretion
of my Executors hereinafter named and give all my messages, lands and tenements
to my beloved wife Sabina, during her natural lifetime. I will that all
my Just Debts as Shall be by me-owing at my death together with my funeral
expences and all charges touching the proveing of or otherwise concerning
this my will. Shall in the first place out of any personal estate and effect
be fully Paid and Satisfied; and after payment there of and Subject thereto,
there my will is that my beloved wife Shall have the residue during her
natural lifetime and at her Death and after paying her funeral expences
it is my will that all my lands and tenements-together with person estate
or the residue thereof I hereby bequeath to Thomas Pollum Jr. son of Andrew
Pollum, Sr. providing the Said Thomas Pollum Shall stay on the farm with
my wife Sabina Supplying her wants and taking good care of her during her
natural lifetime.
In default of which it is my will that She Shall at her death or during
her lifetime(if need be) will the Same or sell to whom she will I make
and ordain Henry Alexander and my wife Sabina Earley Executors of this
my last will and testament - In witness whereof I Thomas Early the testator
set my hand and Seal the twelfth day of Septmeber one Thousand eight hundred
& forty two.

In addition to the above I will that my beloved wife Sabina Shall have
for her own proper us the following personal property out of my personal
estate to wit: one cow two beds and the necessary beding. Together with
the whole of my cooking utinsils, three hogs and as much grain and provender
as will keep the cow and hogs over winter and to Sabina Pollum I bequeath
one calf six months old and to this my codicil to the above will I Thomas
Early have set my hand and Seal the 16 day of September one thousand eight
hundred and forty two .

letters of Administration in and for Said County personally came R. Laughlin
and John D. Dunkle two of the Subscribing witnesses to the forgoing will,
who being duly Sworn did depose and say that they were present and Saw
and herd the Testator Sign Seal publish declare and pronounce the above
instrument of writing as and for his last will and testament and at the
time of so doing he was of Sound mind memory and understanding to the best
of their knowledge observation and belief-
