Last Will & Testament of Amos Dolby
Clarion Pa. Sept. 26, 1942
I, Amos I. Dolby, being in my right mind, do make this my last will and
testament.  I hereby bequeath to my nephews, Amos Frederick Sharrow and
Joseph Edward Sharow all my real and personal property share and share alike,
my Nephews, athe above named to pay all my debts which I may owe at the
time of my death.                                        Amos Dolby

         Mrs. Fannie Herman
Clarion County, SS:
Before me, Richard D. Miller, Register for the probate of wills and
granting Letters of Administrationin and for the county of Clarion, personally
came R. R. Whitmer and Gladys Sharrow, both residents fo Clarion Borough,
Clarion County, Penna., who being duly sworn according to law depose and say
that they were well acquainted with Amos Dolby and are familiar with his
handwriting and signature, having frequently seen him in his lifetime write his
name and other mattters; that they have carefully examined the signature of
Amos Dolby subscribed to the foregoing instrument of writing purporting to
be his Last Will and Testament and verily believe it to be his genuine signature
and in his own proper handwriting and further ever  that Edna Sharrow one of
the witnesses is deceased and Mrs. Fannie Herman is not available to prove
signature.

Sworn and subscribed before me this 10th day of November A.D. 1958.

Now, November 10 A.D. 1958, the testimony of the above named witnesses
being suficient, I do hereby admit the foregoing Will to Probate, and order the
same to be recorded as such .  Given uncer my hand the date above.

I Frederick Sharrow do solemnly swear that , as the Administrator c.t.a.
of the Estate of Amos Dolby, late of Clarion Borough Deceased, will well and
truly administer the estate of said decedent, according to law.

and letters of administration granted unto Frederick Sharrow.
