  Bert Clinton Slaugenhaupt died February 8, 1955
  
  (All of the brothers of Bert Clinton Slaugenhaupt are listed as
  Schreccengost  this is not a typo on my part)
  
  Bert Clinton Slaugenhaupt, of East Brady, died at 11:05 p.m., Tuesday,
  February 8, 1955, in the Butler County Memorial Hospital, Butler, where he
  had been a patient for about a day.
  
  He was born October 14,  1887, in Fairmount City a son of W. Thomas and
  Susanna (Gearhart) Slaugenhaupt.
  
  He was married to the former Miss Alice Boland, who died about 15 years ago.
  
  Mr. Slaugenhaupt was a foreman at the Rex-Hide Plant in East Brady.  He was
  a member of the Kittanning Loyal Order of Moose.
  
  Survivors include three daughters: Mrs. Nellie Findley and Mrs. Ernestine
  Byers, both of Butler, and Mrs. Phyllis Cassess, of Cleveland, Ohio; a
  granddaughter; four brothers: Lloyd Schreccengost, of New Brighton, Frank
  Schreccengost of Vandergrift, Fred Schreccengost of Jerome, and Mason
  Schreccengost of Fairmount City; and a sister, Mrs. Flora Miller, of
  Cleveland, Ohio.
  
  Friends were received at the McNaughton  McKinnley funeral home in East
  Brady, where funeral services were conducted at 2:30 p.m. Saturday by the
  Rev. Russell Moore, of the East Brady Methodist church.
  
  Burial was made in the Greenlawn Burial Estates, Butler.
