  James H. Simpson died December 1, 1929
  
  James H. Simpson was born Oct. 22, 1865, and died at his home at Scotch
  Hill, December 1, 1929, after a short illness, aged 64 years, 1 month and 8
  days.  He was united in marriage to Lillie smith, April 11, 1889, who
  survives with the following children:  Mrs. A.J. Goble of Brookville; Gafrey
  W. Simpson of Marienville, and Lester R. Simpson of Leeper.  Also six
  grandchildren; five sisters and three brothers, namely, Mrs. Charles
  Bainbridge and Mrs. S. M. Mills of Kane; Mrs. J.R. Beatty of Clarion; Mrs.
  F.W. Foy and Miss Jennie Simpson of Scotch Hill; S.S. Simpson of Kane; R.W.
  Simpson and B.H. Simpson of Scotch Hill.
  
  His mother, father, three sisters and three brothers preceded him in death a
  number of years ago.
