  James (Si) Siverling died December 2, 1939
  
  James (Si) Siverling, aged 57, long a resident of Clarion, died suddenly of
  a heart attack Sunday night, December 2, 1939 at his home, 225 Liberty
  Street.
  
  For 25 years Mr. Siverling had been an employee of the glass plant at
  Clarion, and was supervisor of the shipping department at the time of his
  death.
  
  The son of Calvin and Lucinda (Watkins) Siverling, he was born March 9, 1882
  at Coolsprings, Jefferson County.  He was married to Alice Pugh September 1,
  1927.  Mrs. Silverling survives with one son, William Janes [sic]; one
  daughter, Virginia, and one step-daughter Vesta Brinker, all at home.  One
  brother, Walter Siverling, of Clarion, also survives.
  
  Funeral services were at Clarion Wednesday with interment at that place.
