JONAS RAYBUCK

Jonas Raybuck of Beaver Township, a citizen of the hightest type and a
man of great nobility of character, died at his home near Church on Tues.
April 10, 1902, aged 53 years and 12 days.

Mr. Raybuck was born in Jefferson County, PA, March 29, 1849. He removed
to Clarion County about the year 1877. In 1873, he married to Elizabeth
Brown of Clarion. To them were born eight children: Lloyd, John, David,
Claudius, Anna, Idella, James, Aninta, all at home.

The deceased had long been a consistent member of the Reformed Church.
The funeral took place last Sunday at the Stone Church, and was one of
the largest seen in a long time. The services were conducted by Rev. E.H.
Lauback assisted by Revs. ? Wagner and L. Beisecka.

Mr. Raybuck had been a member of A.O.U.W. and the Masonic fraternity and
at the close of the religious services, his remains were taken in charge
by the Masons and committed to the grave with the use of their beautiful
and impressive ritual ceremony. The bereaved family have the deep and heartfelt
sympathy of all their sad loss.
