Quickly, here is the INDEX to Brides in Bedford County Va. from beginning
to 1859.  Again, I know most of this is reinventing the wheel, but it's
always possible there's some new detail for someone. All listed Brides
had the surname Markham in the Index, although there probably were some
variant spellings on the original documents.

Notes:  Remember that Mary Parker, unmarried mother of Moses and Aaron Parker, later married Domenic Welch and was even later found living in (Lee Co? ) Va. with Markhams as a very old woman under the name of Molly Welch.  Moses Parker married a Martha Jane, also, but she apparently went by Jane.

Capitalization in the information portion is mine, just for convenience.

Does anyone know for SURE which Josiah this was and what his relationship to SALLY was?  She is an ancestor of mine.  The marriage records don't specify this info in this case, unfortunately.
