JACKSON, THOMAS. Marlborough. Weaver.
February 25, 1727. September 16, 1727. A. 251.
Provides for wife Mary including use of plantation I now 
live on containing 140 acres until son Ben is 21 and servants 
Saml. Hughes, Elizabeth Iriscall and Joseph Kelly. To son 
Samuel 180 acres of land adjacent on south side of above 
mentioned tract. To son Isaac 180 acres on south side of 
Samuels. To son Benjamin this plantation on which I live when 
he is 21, paying to daughter Ruth Martin 20 [wife of Joseph 
Martin in Ireland]. Remainder to wife and 3 sons. 
Executors: wife Mary and son Samuel. 
Overseers brother in law Michael Lightfoot and cousin Benjamin 
Fred, both of Newgarden. 
Witnesses: Wm. Beverly, Abigail Wickersham, Francis Windle.
