Will of:  JOHN IRWIN, Caln Township, Chester Co.

Will: 19th September 1728      Proven: 16 October 1728

To brother ROBERT IRWIN the plantation whereon I now dwell,
containing 200 acres, together with corn on the place also
5 mares and 3 horses, 5 cattle and a parcell of Swine, the
household goods and all other personal estate.

Brother ROBERT to pay to his sister JANE 40 pounds, that is
20 pounds at marriage and 20 pounds at the birth of her first
child: of which 40 pounds brother THEOPHILUS is to pay 10
pounds and brother ROBERT 30 pounds

To ELIZABETH daughter of JOSEPH DARLINGTON 5 pounds at the
age of 15 years or marriage which first may happen to be
paid by brother ROBERT.

Brother EDWARD IRWIN and HUGH COWIN to be executors

Witnesses:  Samuel McKinley
            Sarah Irwin
            Joseph Griffiths

Note: The original will somewhat decayed.  The inventory of
      articles is on the 3d page of same sheet, but no
      valuation given.
