To granddaughter Ruth Mather, daughter of son in law John Mather the
house and lot where Aubrey Bevan now lives in Chester known by the name
of the Pennsylvania Arms. To son in law John Mather, the house and
lotts of land which I purchased of Wm. Hurteen in Chester, he paying
40, to 3 grandchildren, viz John, Ruth and Mary Hoskins the children
of my son Stephen when 21. To grandson Joseph Mather, my negro woman
Maria and her child Caesar. To daughter in law Sarah Hoskins, bed. To
sister Abigail Bell, wearing apparel. To son Joseph Hoskins my silver
tankard. Remainder real and personal to son in law John Mather, also
executor. 

Witnesses: Joseph Parker, Jas. Houston, James Mather.

  (*Aubry Bevin was an inn keeper in chester at the time of the Rev War) and
a county coronor...he appears on several other wills)
