LAST WILL & TESTAMENT OF EDWARD B. GRAY
 
"BE IT REMEMBERED THAT, I, EDWARD B. GRAY, of the township of West Whiteland, 
County of Chester, and State of Pennsylvania, so hereby make and publish my last 
will and testament in manner following, to wit:
 
First:  I direct that all my just debts and funeral expenses be paid and 
discharged by my hereinafter name executor as soon as conveniently my be after 
my decease.
 
Second:  All the rest, residue and remainder of my estate of whatsoever 
description, and wheresoever situated, I give, devise and bequeath to my beloved 
wife, Rachel A. Gray for and during the term of her natural life and immediately 
upon her decease, I give, devise and bequeath the same to my children, namely: 
Herbert B. Gray, Harry E. Gray, Lydia A. Goodwin, Florence A. Gray, Ida M. Gray, 
and Helen V. Gray to them, their heirs and assigns forever.
 
Lastly, I nominate, constitute and appoint my beloved wife Rachel A. Gray, 
executrix of this last will and testament, hereby revoking all former wills by 
me at any time heretofore made.
 
Witness my hand and seal this eleventh day of April A.D. 1908."

Signed, sealed, published and delivered by the testator above named, as and for 
his last will and testament, in the presence of us, who have hereunto, at his 
request, subscribed our names in his presence, and in the presence of each 
other, as witnesses hereto.
