Will of Nellie Gravelle

     Be it remembered, that I, Nellie Gravelle, of the borough of West Chester, 
Chester County, Pennsylvania, being of sound mind, memory and understanding, 
and intending to dispose of all my property and estate do make, publish and 
declare this to be my last will and testament, herby revoking and making void 
all wills, or other testamentary dispositions by me at any time heretofore made.

First,- I direct that all my just debs and funeral expenses shall be paid by my 
executor hereinafter named as soon as conveniently may be after my decease.
Item, I give and bequeath unto Cumberland Cemetery Association, the sum 
of One Hundred Dollars, in trust, to invest the principal in safe legal 
securities, and expend the income in the up-keep and maintenance of my family 
burial lot in said cemetery.
Item, I give and bequeath unto my grand-son Harold LeRoy Gravelle the 
sum of Five Hundred Dollars.
Item, I give and bequeath unto my sister Clara Faddis, Phoenixville, 
all my household furniture and clothing.
Item, All the rest, residue and remainder of my estate, which consists 
wholly of personalty, of whatever nature and wheresoever situate, I give and 
bequeath unto my son John Silas Gravelle, of Joplin, Missouri, to him or his 
heirs absolutely and forever.

Lastly, I nominate, constitute and appoint my friend and counsel, 
Granville L. Rettew, executor of this my last will and testament.

In Witness Whereof, I, Nellie Gravelle, the testatrix, have to this my 
last will and testament, set my hand and seal this 13th day of January, anno 
domini, one thousand nineteen hundred and thirty one.

Signed, sealed and delivered by the above named Nellie Gravelle, as and for her 
last will and testament, in the presence of us, who, in her presence and in the 
presence of each other, at her request have hereunto subscribed our names as 
witnesses.
