Petition of Thomas Graham for the Valuation of the Estate of Michael Graham decd
      (Inquest awarded Feby 1 1814)  [text follows] To the Honourable Bird 
Wilson Esquire President and his associates Judges of the court of Common Pleas 
of the County of Chester now composing an Orphans Court in and for said County.
The Petition of Thomas Graham eldest son and heir at law of Michael Graham late 
of Honey Brook Township Chester County State of Pennsylvania Deceased Humbly 
Herewith That your petitioners said father died intestate leaving nine children 
to wit
Thomas Graham   James S Graham   John K Graham   Hannah intermarried with
David Jones   Mary  intermarried with William White   Rebecca intermarried
with Melchier Happersett    Margaret Graham
Sarah Graham  and Elizabeth who intermarried with John Jones which said 
Elizabeth has died since the Decease of the aforesaid Michael Graham, leaving 
issue Ten children to wit Hannah, George W. John D, Thomas G, Michael, Caleb, 
David, Levi, Margaretta & Elizabeth, all minors under the age of Twenty one 
years, and that the said Intestate died [sc..ed] in his Desmesnes as of Fee of 
and in Three certain messuages Plantations  or Tracts of Land with their 
appurtenances situate in the Township of Honey Brook in the County of Chester, 
the one containing one Hundred and twenty acres be the same more or less, one 
other containing seventy acres be the same more or less, and one Lot of Land in 
the Township & County aforesaid containing one quarter of an acre be the same 
more or less Your Petitioner therefore humbly prays your honours to award an 
inquest, to make partition of the premises aforesaid to and among the children 
and representatives of the said intestate, in such manner and in such 
proportions as by the laws of this commonwealth is directed, if such partition 
can be made without prejudice to or spoiling the whole but if such partition 
cannot be made thereof, as aforesaid, then to value and appraise the same and 
make report of their proceedings herein according to law
