ESTATE OF THOMAS DOWNS OF HAVERFORD - February 1861
 
                   Estate of THOMAS DOWNS, deceased.
 
          I, CATHARINE DOWNS, widow and relict of THOMAS DOWNS,
      late of the Township of Haverford, in Delaware County, Pennsylvania,
      deceased, do hereby renounce my right to Administer to the estate
      of my deceased husband, and desire that the Register of Wills of
      Said County will grant letters of Administration on the said estate to
      EARL DOWNS.
 
                      Witness my hand and Seal this day of February, 
      Anno Domini. 1861
