We encourage links to the state and county table of contents. http://www.usgwarchives.net/ ****************************************************************** Methuselah DAVIS Will Proved 2nd October, 1752 Recorded in Book C, Volume 3, Page 372 No. 1451 I, Methuselah DAVIS, of the County of Chester in the province of Pennsylvania Yeoman being about removing out of this province being also in perfect health and of Sound and Disposing mind and memory Do Make this my Last Will and Testament in Mannor following this is to say Imprimse my Will is that all my Just Debts and funeral Charges be paid as soon as maybe after my Docous (Decease?). Item- I give and bequeath unto my Daughter Sidney one Moisty or half part of my Whole Estate Whatsoever or in Whomsoever's hands the same may be found to be paid to my said daughter when she arrives to the age of eighteen years and the other Moisty or half part of my Estate I give and Bequeath to the child that my wife Elizabeth is now pregnant with, but if either of said Children Shall Dye During theire minority it is my Will that the Surviving Child Shall Possess and Enjoy Both Moistyos But in Cause that both Children Should Dye During theire Minority Then and in Such a Cause it is my Will that my Whole Estate be Equally Divided between the Children of my Sister Anne the Wife of William P_ _ on (Note by submitter, Sam D.
