  Mary Bunn's Will}   In the name of God amen, I Mary Bunn of the Township of
  Honeybrook County of Chester and State of Pennsylvania being in feeble health
  of Body but of sound mind and Memory and understanding & considering the
  uncertainty of the Transitory life do publish and make this my Last Will and
  Testament in Manner and form following, to wit - - First it is my will and I do
  order that all my Just Debts and funeral Expenses be duly paid and satisfied as
  soon as conveniently can be after my Decease.  Item - I give and bequeath to my
  daughter Mary Brower the bed, bedstead and bedding up stairs consisting of four
  sheets, two pillows & cases, Bolster and two cases & Coverlet Blanket & bed
  quilt Together with my best Calico dress.  Item - I give to my daughter Hannah
  Piersol my black Shawl.  Item - I give and bequeath to my daughter Barbara
  Hunter my other Shawl.  Item - I give and bequeath to my Granddaughter, Frances
  Hunter, the piece of Calico now in the house.  Item - I give and bequeath to my
  Granddaughter Margaret Bunn my Glass Sugar Bowl, and to my two Granddaughters
  each - to Hannah _ dozen plates & to Mary Bunn a half dozen china cups &
  Saucers.  Item - I give and bequeath to my daughter Frances Lewis the remainder
  of my wearing apparel and the remaining part of the contents of the cupboard &
  my Silver Spectacles.  Item - I give and bequeath to my son William Bunn the
  large family Bible.  The residue of my property to be sold if it should be
  found necessary to pay my funeral Expenses and procure head and foot stones for
  my grave & the grave of my deceased husband Benjamin Bunn.  If, however, the
  proceeds of the sale of such articles as is my will shall be disposed of be
  insufficient to meet the expenses specified, then the bed, Bedstead & bedding
  on which I lie (down stairs) shall be sold and the ballance (if any) paid to my
  daughter Frances Lewis.  And lastly, I nominate, constitute and appoint John
  Ralston to be the Executor of this my will hereby revoking all other wills,
  Legacies & bequests by me heretofore made & declaring this & no other to be my
  Last Will & Testament.  In Witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and Seal
  the twenty seventh day of July One thousand Eight hundred and forty six.

  Signed, Sealed and Declared by the Testator as her last Will & Testament in the
  presence of us The interlining all done before signing.  Thomas Walker, Peter

  West Chester, Sept. 15, 1846  Then personally Appeared Thomas Walker & Peter
  Dampman, Jr. who on their Solemn Oath did depose & say that they were
  personally present & did see & hear Mary Bunn the testatrix the within
  instrument of writing named sign, seal, publish, pronounce & declare the same
  as & for her Last Will & Testament & at the time of so Doing she was of a sound
  & well disposing mind & memory to the best of their knowledge & belief.

  Be it remembered that on the fifteenth Day of September A.D. 1846 the last Will
  and Testament of Mary Bunn, deceased, was proved & approved in due form of Law
  and Letters Testamentary were duly granted to John Ralston who was appointed
  well and truly to administer the goods and chattels, rights & credits of said
  Decd according to Law also diligently & faithfully to regard & well & truly
  comply with the Provision of the law relating to collateral inheritance.
