Benjamin Bunn Will} The last will and testament of Benjamin Bunn of the
Township of West Brandywine in the County of Chester, I, Benjamin Bunn
considering the uncertainty of this mortal life and being of sound mind and
memory do make and publish this my last Will and Testament in manner and form
following, that is to say, I will that my Estate Real & Personal shall be
appraised and sold and that all my just debts owning by me at my death together
with my funeral expenses and all charges touching the proving of or otherwise
conserning this my Will shall in the first place paid the balance thereof I
will and bequeath to my beloved wife Nancy and to be used by her as she may
deem proper for the support of herself and my children and I hereby appoint my
beloved wife Nancy and E. S. McCaughey my Executors of this my last Will and
Testament in witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal this
thirteenth day of October in the year of our Lord one thousand and eight
hundred and forty four.

Signed, sealed and declared by the above named Benjamin Bunn to be his last
will and testament in the presence of us who at his request and in his presence
subscribed our names as witnesses.

West Chester, October 21st A.D. 1844 there personally appeared John Doan and B.
F. Bunn who on their solemn affirmations respectively did declare and say that
they were personally present and did see and hear the testator in the within
instrument of writing sign, seal, publish, pronounce and declare the same as
and for his last will and testament and at the time of so doing he was of a
sound and well disposing mind and memory to the best of their knowledge and

Be it remembered that on the 21st day of October A.D. 1844 the last will and
testament of Benjamin Bunn, Decd, was proved and approved in due form of law
and letters testamentary thereon were duly granted to Nancy Bunn and E. S.
McCaughey who were affirmed well and truly to administer the goods and
chattels, rights and credits of said decd according to law, also diligently and
faithfully to regard and well and truly comply with the provisions of the law
relating to collateral inheritance Tax
