Will of P.B. Crider (Philip Burns Crider), proved 1907.
 He was born 19 JAN 1822 and died in Bellefonte, Centre county, 10 Jan 1907.

Know all men by these presents that I, P.B. Crider, of the Borough of Bellefonte
county of Centre and State of Pennsylvania being of sound  and disposing mind and
memory, do make and publish this my last will and testament.

FIRST It is my will, that all my just debts and funeral expenses shall be first paid
out of my estate.

SECOND I give, devise and bequeath to my grandson, Furst Crider,five thousand
($5000.00) dollars in trust during his natural life and at his death to be paid to
his widow and children share and share alike.

THIRD I nominate and appoint my son F.W. Crider, trustee of aforesaid trust.

FOURTH  I give, devise and bequeath to my granddaughters Catherine Crider now
Catherine Shot, and Blanche Crider, each five thouesand ($5000.00) dollars in
each to be paid by my executor hereinafter named within six months after my decease.

FIFTH I give, devise and bequeath to my brother, Jacob Crider, the William Crider
Homestead, owned by me and being and lying in Gallagher township Clinton county
Pennsylvania, now occupied by him and containing one hundred acres more or less.

SIXTH I give, devise and bequeath to my son F.W. Crider all the rest and residue of
my estate,real, personal and mixed.

SEVENTH I nominate and appoint my son F.W. Crider Executor of this my last will and
testament.

In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal this 11th day of January
A.D.1899
