Last Will and Testament of John FELDUM, decd.

In the name of God Amen, I John Feldum of Elder Twp., County of Cambria and 
State of Pennsylvania, Being of sound mind & knowing the certainty of Death I do 
hereby direct & bequeath my soul to God, then I Bequeath & Dispos of my Earthly 
property in the following manner. My farm or Real Estate situate in Elder Twp., 
County of Cambria and State of Pennsylvania, Bounded as follows, adjoining land 
of John Schell on the East, John & George Hahn on the south, George Kibler on 
the north &c. To my son-in-law Francis Klein, for the sum - Eight Hundred 
Dollars Lawful money of the U.S. which amount he is to pay to the following, my 
children equel devided among all my children. Exysting my son John who shal 
receive Twenty Dollars less than eney of the rest for a Doctor Bill, I paid for 
him money. To be paid out as follows to my Following appoint Executor 4 years 
after my death & the Executor To pay same to the following my children at once, 
Casper, George, Anthony, John, Mary, Christina & Eave. Then further give & 
bequeath all my personal property to Eave & Christina. I hereby appoint as my 
Lawfull Executor Namely Mr. Anthony Anna Sr. I hereunto set my hand & seal & 
personaley sign my name in presand of the following Wittnesses this 3rd day of 
Nove. 1883.

Before me John H. Brown, Register of the probate of Wills and grating Letters of 
Administration, in and for said County personally came Thomas Ott and Jacob 
Hartman the subscribing witnesses to the foregoing will who being duly sworn 
according to law do depose and say that they were present and saw and heard John 
Feldum the within testator, sign, seal, published, pronounce and eclare the 
foregoing instrument of writing as and for his last Will and Testament of their 
knowledge, observation and belief.
