Last Will And Testament of Annie C. WILLS

Ashville Pa Mar 20 1908

I Annie C. Wills being of sound mind do make this my last will and testament 
renouncing any former ones that I might have made.

First I direct that my funeral expences and any other bills be paid.

Second I set aside one hundred dollars for masses for my Husband and Myself and 
other Deceased Members of my family.

Third The Balance of my estate I will to Jane Conrad and Lincoln Conrad share 
and share alike.

Fourth I appoint Dr. H. Sommerville as administrator of my estate.

Before me Arthur Griffith, Register of Wills and granting Letters of 
Administration in and for said County, personally came Silas Gibbons and Jennie 
S. Gibbons the subscribing witnesses the foregoing Will who being duly Sworn 
according to the law do depose and say that they were present and saw and heard 
Annie C. Wills the within named Testatrix sign, publish pronounce and declare 
the foregoing instrument as and for her last Will and Testament, and at the time 
of so doing she was of sound mind, memory, and understanding to the best of 
their knowledge, observation and belief.

Sworn and subscribed this 28th day of April A.D 1909
