Last Will & Testament of Anthony WILLS (nee WILL) transcribed verbatim by Tom 
Wills from a Sampubco copy of the handwritten document in Cambria Co. Pa Will 
Book Vol. 4, Pg. 413.

Last Will & Testament of Anthony Wills
Chest Springs Cambria County, Penna
I Anthony Wills the Testator do make this my Will, First I give my Munster 
farm to my two Children Amanda Davis and Emit Wills share and share alike.
Then I give my personal property of every Kind and my Chest Springs Farm to 
my wife Annie C. Wills and my Sister Jane Wills and they shall have privelege 
to Sell the said Farm at any time they may think best to do so and there Deed 
shal be a good and sufficient title for the same. And I do appoint my said 
wife Annie C. and my Sister Jane to be my Executors without bail or 
restriction of any Kind as I believe they both try to be Christiens and will 
do the best they can to be Just and honest. And if anything remains at their 
death they know what I wish to have done with it.
Signed and seald this 13th day of March in the year of our Lord A. D. 1890 in 
the presence of

Cambria County ss:
Before me Celestine J. Blair Register of the Probate of Wills and granting 
Letters of Administration in and for said County, personally came W. J. 
McMullen and A. L. McMullen the subscribing witnesses to the foregoing Last 
Will and Testament who being duly sworn according to the law, do depose and 
say, that they were present at the request of Anthony Wills the within-named 
testator, and at his request signed their names as witnesses to his Last Will 
and Testament, hereto attached and at the time of so doing he was of sound 
mind memory and understanding, to the best of their knowledge observation and 
belief.
