Last Will & Testament of Samuel Watt dec'

This is my Last will & Testament
I Samuel Watt of Allegheny Township Cambria County State of 
Pennsylvania Considering the uncertainty of this Mortal life and 
being sound of mind and memory do make and publish this my last 
will and Testament in manner and form as follows (that is to 
say). First I give and bequeath to my beloved wife Margaret Watt 
one third of all produce rents revenues and emoluments arising 
from the farm I now hold during this mortal life. Also I give 
and bequeath to Daniel (Gorss?) my deceased daughters son the 
sum of two hundred and fifty dollars after he becomes of age. I 
also give and bequeath to Margaret Watt Junior all my house hold 
furniture Beds bedding etc after the demise of my wife Margaret 
Watt Snr. I also provide that my son David Watt shall keep a cow 
for the use of my wife Margaret and leave wood at the door ready 
chopped and split all days of the year during her mortal life.
       I further give and devise to my son David Watt his heirs 
and assigns all that messuage or tenement situate in Allegheny 
Township Cambria County Pennsylvania together with all my 
freehold estate bonds Mortgages & etc And all my moveable 
property whom I appoint my sole executor of this my last will 
and testament hereby revoking all former wills by me made. In 
witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal this second 
day of June One thousand eight hundred and fifty seven. Signed

Before me Mr. M Hasson Register for the probate of Wills and 
granting of letters of administration personally appeared Samuel 
Williams and David Mills Subscribing Witnesses to the foregoing 
Instrument of Writing who being duly sworn Deposith and Saith 
that they were present and saw the testator Samuel Watt Sign 
Seal publish pronounce and declare the foregoing as his last 
will and testament and at the time of his so doing he was of 
perfect and sound mind memory and understanding to the best of 
their Knowledge  observation and belief. Sworn and subscribed 
before me
