Last Will and Testament of John SOISSON

In the name of God and the commonwealth of Pennsylvania, I John Soisson being 
of sound and disposing of mind make my last will and Testament and hereby 
revoking and making null and void all other last wills and testaments by me 
hereto made. My will is that all my debts and funeral charges shall be paid 
by my executors as soon as possible and that one hundred masses shall be said 
for me in St. Nicholas Church at Nicktown Pa as soon as possible after my 
death, the remainder to be divided in the manner following. To my eldest 
daughter Christina now Sister Martha O.S.F., Ten Dollars which are to be said 
in masses for her, The remainder to be divided equally amoung my sons 
Nicholas, John, Anthony, Michael, daughter Magdalena and son Joseph, Michael 
being paid already one hundred and Twenty Five Dollars ($125.00) being money 
laoned $50.00 and one horse $75.00. In addition to the equal share my son 
John is to have Eighty Five Dollars ($85.00) being for a horse he gave me, 
and Nicholas, Michael and Joseph are each to get twenty five dollars the 
price of a cow, and I do nominate and appoint my son Anthony and son-in-law 
Michael Kirsch to be the executors of this my last will and testament In 
Testamary whereof I hereunto set my hand and seal this 16th day of September 
A.D. One Thousand eight hundred and ninety nine.

Before me Arthur Griffith Register of the Probate of Wills and grating 
Letters of Administration in and for said County, personally came Harry A. 
Luther one of the subscribing witnesses to the foregoing Will who being duly 
sworn according to law, does depose and say that he was present and saw and 
heard John Soisson the within named testator, sign, seal, publish, pronounce, 
and declare the foregoing instrument of writing as and for his last will and 
Testament, and at the time of so doing he was of sound mind, memory, and 
understanding to the best of your knowledge, observation and belief.
