Last Will and Testament of Frederick Schonhardt

I, Frederick Schonhardt, of the City of Johnstown,  County of Cambria, and State 
of Pennsylvania, being of sound mind, memory, and understanding, do make and 
publish this, my last will and testament hereby revoking all former wills by me 
at any time heretofore made.

First - I direct all my just debts and funeral expenses to be full paid by my 
Executors hereinafter named.

Item - I give, devise and bequeath all the remainder of my estate, real personal 
and mixed to my following named children, share and share alike; Mary, 
intermarried with Joseph Beiter, John Schonhardt; Joseph Schonhardt; Frederick 
Schonhardt; Frank Schonhardt; and Henry Schonhardt, to have and to hold to them 
and to their heirs, and assigns forever.

Second - It is my will that unless the one hundred and twenty dollars which I 
have advanced to John Schonhardt, my son; and also the sum of One hundred 
dollars which I have advanced to my son Joseph Schonhardt and also the sum Two 
hundred dollars which I have advanced to my son Joseph Schonhardt and Joseph 
Beiter my son-in-law, be not paid within one year after my decease to my 
Executors hereinafter named, that the sum above-mentioned shall be deducted from 
their respective shares.

I hereby nominate, constitute and appoint my son Joseph Schonhardt, and my son-
in-law Joseph Beiter, Executors of this, my last will and testament.

In Witness whereof, I have hereunto set my hand and Seal this Sixth day of April 
A.D. 1891.

Signed, sealed, published and declared by the above named testator, as and for 
his last will and testament, in the presence of us, who at his request, in his 
presence, and in the presence of each other, have hereunto subscribed our names 
as witnesses thereto.

Before me William H. Strauss, Register of the Probate of Wills and granting 
Letters of Administration in and for said County, personall came Jno. M. Rose 
and Silas J. Eckenrode the subscribing witnesses to the foregoing will, who 
being duly sworn according to law, doth depose and say, that they were present 
and saw and heard Frederick Schonhardt the within-named testator sign, seal, 
publish pronounce and declare the foregoing instrument of writing as and for his 
last Will and Testament, and at the time of so doing he was of sound mind, 
memory, and understanding, to the best of their knowledge, observation, and 
belief.
