In the name of God, Amen. I, William Ribblett of West Taylor Township, in the 
County of Cambria and the State of Pennsylvania, being of sound mind and memory, 
do hereby make, declare and publish this as my last will and testament, and 
hereby revoking any and all former will by me heretofore made.

After the payment of all my just debts, and funeral expenses, as soon after my 
death by my executor hereinafter named.

First, I give, devise and bequeath unto Elizabeth Link, wife of John Link, the 
sum of twenty-five dollars.

Second, I give, devise and bequeath unto all of my children named as follows: 
Benj, F. Ribblett, George W. Ribblett, Bart Ribblett, Joseph T. Ribblett, 
Caroline McCreary, wife of Randall McCreary, Ellen Rummell, wife of George B. 
Rummell, and Ester L. Findley, wife of Frank Findley, all of my estate real, 
personal and mixed to them and theirs forever. Share and share alike.

Any money that my son Benj. F. Ribblett may owe me at the time of my death is 
not to bear interest.

I nominate, constitute and appoint my grandson William F. Ribblett of the said 
township Executor of this my last will and testament.

In witness whereof I, William Ribblett, the testator, have hereunto set my hand 
and seal to this my last will, this the 8th day of January A.D. 1902.

Singed, sealed, declared and published as the last will and testament of the 
said William Ribblett, he within testator, and as subscribing witness hereto, we 
have signed our names at his request and in his presence and in the presence of 
each other.

Before me, Arthur Griffith, Register of the Probate of Wills, and granting 
Letters of Administration in and for said County, personally came F. P. Martin 
and Jos. Cauffiel, the subscribing witnesses to the foregoing will, who being 
duly sworn according to law, do depose and say that they were present and saw 
and heard William Ribblett, the within named testator, sign, seal, publish, 
pronounce and declare, the foregoing instrument of writing as and for his last 
will and testament, and at the time of so doing he was of sound mind, memory and 
understanding, to the best of their knowledge, observation and belief.
