In the name of God, Amen. I, Elizabeth Ribblett, widow of West Taylor Twp. in the County of Cambria and State of Pennsylvania, being aged, but of sound and deposing mind, memory, and understanding, hereby make, publish, and declare this as my Last Will and Testament. Hereby revoking and declaring, making void any will by me at anytime heretofore made.

And first, I desire that my body be decently buried, and my funeral expenses and the expense of this will, be first paid and any balance of my estate, I will and dispose of the same as follows:

Item: I give and bequeath to my daughter-in-law, Elizabeth Ellen Ribblett, wife of my son, William Ribblett, all my property of any kind and description and wherever, and whither real, personal, or mixed, and especially any sum that maybe due and payable to me at the time of my death, and interest payable to me (by my son, William Ribblett) of Bartholomew, now deceased, to her and her heirs, administrator and executors forever.

Item: I nominate, constitute and appoint my son, William Ribblett, as executor of this my Last Will and Testament.

In testimony whereof I, the said Elizabeth Ribblett, hereto this my Last Will and Testament set my hand and seal this 29th day of April, Anno Domini, One Thousand Eight Hundred and Eighty- Seven (A. D. 1887)

Signed, sealed, published and declared by the above name testatrix, Elizabeth Riblett, as and for her Last Will and Testament in our presence and in the presence of each other and at her request have signed our names as witnesses hereto.

Before me, Celestine J. Blair, Register of the Probate of Wills and granting Letters of Administration, in and for the said county, personally came Jesse Berkibile and J. J. Clinger, the subscribing witnesses to the foregoing will, who being dully sworn according to law, depose and say that they were present and saw and heard Elizabeth Ribblett, the within named testatrix, sign, seal, publish, pronounce, and declare the foregoing instrument of writing as and for Last Will and Testament, and at the time of so doing she was of sound mind, memory and understanding to the best of their knowledge, observation and belief.
