In the name of God, Amen. I, Bartholomew Ribblett of the township of Jackson 
County of Cambria and State of Pennsylvania, being of sound mind and memory, 
do hereby make, publish and declare this to be my Last Will and Testament, in 
manner and form following, hereby revoking any will or wills heretofore made 
by me.

First--I direct that all my just debts and funeral expenses be fully paid and 
satisfied, as soon as conveniently maybe after my decease.

Second--I give, devise and bequeath to my beloved wife, Sarah Ann Ribblett, 
for her own exclusive use and control during her natural life all property, 
of which I am seized at my death, of whatever character, whether real, 
personal or mixed. And in case she and my sons can not agree as to the 
management of any of said property or of it income, she shall have power to 
hire or employ others to manage said property for her and under her exclusive 
control, or to sell any or all of said property or to rent any or all of it 
as she may deem best, all profits, incomes or revenues, purchase price, or 
revenues from any purchase price of said property to be for the
exclusive use and control of the said Sarah Ann Ribblett, during the term of 
her natural life.

Third. I hereby direct that from any residue or remainder of said property 
and its income or revenue, which may remain at the death of her, the said 
Sarah Ann Ribblett, all her just debts and funeral expenses shall be paid and 
satisfied as soon as conveniently may be.

Fourth--I hereby give, devise and bequeath to my beloved children, to be 
divided equally among them, and all remainder, increase, revenues of said 
property or properties remaining after all just debts and funeral expenses 
for her, the said Sarah Ann Ribblett, shall have been paid and fully 
satisfied.

I do hereby make, constitute and appoint the said, Sarah Ann Ribblett, to be 
executrix of this my Last Will and Testament without bond.

In witness whereof I, Bartholomew Ribblett, the testator above named, have 
hereunto subscribed my name and affixed my seal, the eleventh day of December 
in the year of our Lord one thousand nine hundred and eleven.

Ribblett, as and for his Last Will and Testament in the presence of us, who 
have hereunto subscribed our names at his request as witness thereto, in the 
presence of the said Testator, and of each other.

Before me, Sherman Tibbott, Register of the Probate of Wills and granting 
Letters of Administration, in and for said county, personally came Daniel 
Devlin and Michael W. Devlin, the subscribing witnesses to the foregoing Will 
and Testament, who being dully sworn according to law, do depose and say that 
they were present and saw and heard Bartholomew Ribblett, the within named 
testator, sign, seal, publish, pronounce, and declare the foregoing 
instrument of writing as and for his last will and testament, and at the time 
of so doing he was of sound mind, memory, and understanding, to the best of 
their knowledge, observation and belief.
