Last Will and Testament of Thomas M. Rager
In the name of God Amen. I Thomas M Rager of Jackson Township County of 
Cambria and State of Pennsylvania being of sound mind and memory but 
sick and weak of Body do hereby make publish and declare this to be my 
last Will and Testament in manner and form followling (sic) hereby 
working any will or Wills heretofore made by me.
First I direct all my just debts and funeral expenses to be fully paid 
and the Probation of this my will fully satisfied as soon as 
conveniently may be after my decease and I do hereby nominate 
constitute and appoint Hiram Beard (scratched out Daniel Shuman) of 
Eastwheatfield (scratched out Jackson) T.P. of Indiana (scratched out 
Cambria) Co. PA. executor of this my Will to make sail (sic) of my real 
estate and Personal property and make deed for the same to any party 
that will pay the highest price at public out cry and sell my personal 
property in the same way. I give the one half of the proceeds to my 
goods and real estate to Jacob Thomas Rager my son and the other one 
half to Daniel Rager my son and the said Hiram Beard (scratched out 
Daniel Shuman) is to hold all of the proceeds untill Jacob Thomas Rager 
is of the age of Twenty one then Jacob Thomas is to have the one half 
less whatever my Executor may give or cause to be given to the said 
Jacob Thomas Rager and the said Daniel Rager is to have the one-half of 
the proceeds less whetever my executor will give to the said Daniel 
Rager before he becomes twenty one years of age.
In witness whereof I the said testator Thomas Rager have to this my 
last will and testament set my hand and seal the twenty fifth day of 
August AD 1891.

Signed Sealed Published and declared by the said testator Thomas Rager 
as and for his last will and testament in the presence of us who in his 
presence and at his request have subscribed our name as Witnessess.

Before me Celistine J. Blair Register of the Probate of Wills and 
granting Letters of Administration in and for said County, personally 
came William Dearmin and Daniel Shuman two of the subscribing 
witnessess to the foregoing will who being duly affirmed according to 
law do dipose and say that they were present and saw and heard Thomas 
M. rager the within named testator, sign, seal, publish, pronounce, and 
declare the foregoing instrument of his writing as and for his last 
will and Testament and at the time of so doing he was of sound mind, 
memory, and understanding, to the best of their knowledge, observation 
and belief.
