In the name of God, Amen. I, Albert Pebley, of the city of Johnstown, County of
Cambria, and State of Pennsylvania, being of sound and disposing mind, memory
and understanding do hereby declare and publish this my Last Will and Testament,
hereby revoking and making void any and all other wills heretofore made by me.
Item. First, I direct that all my just debts and funeral expenses be paid as
soon as conveniently maybe after my decease, by my executrix hereinafter named.
Item. I give, desire and bequeath unto my beloved wife Amanda L. Pebley, all
the property of whatsoever kinds and whensoever situate of which I may die
seized, during her natural lifetime.
Item. Further I direct that my beloved wife, Amanda L Pebley, shall have the
whole of my property of whatsoever kind and wheresoever situate of which I my
die seized, if she deems it necessary for her support and maintenance.
Item. Further it is my will and I hereby direct that the one half of all my
property remaining after the death of my beloved wife, Amanda L Pebley, shall be
divided equally, share and share alike, among the following named parties viz.
My brother, Samuel Pebley, now of Adams township, Cambria County, Pennsylvania,
to have the one-sixth (1/6) of the said one-half of the remainder of my said
property, the heirs of my deceased brother William Pebley, late of the City of
Johnstown, Cambria County, aforesaid to have the one- sixth (1/6) of the one
half of the remainder of my property as aforsaid, my brother, Charles Pebley,
now of Shade Township, Somerset County, Pennsylvania, Emanuel Pebley, now of the
city of Johnstown aforesaid, Godfrey Pebley, now of Shade Township aforesaid and
George Pebley, now of the city of Johnstown aforesaid, also each to have the
one-sixth (1/6) of the one-half Albert Pebley
of my property as aforesaid.
If however any of my above named brothers should die before the death of my
beloved wife, Amanda L Pebley, without leaving any heirs of his or their body,
then the share or interest of such brother or brothers dying without leaving
issue of their body, shall revert to and be divided equally among the survivor
or survivors of my above named brothers and the other half of my property which
shall remain at the time of the death of me beloved wife, Amanda L Pebley, shall
be disposed of as she, my said wife, shall see fit during her lifetime.
Item Further I direct that my executrix, hereinafter named, shall have full
power and authority to sell and dispose of any and all of my real estate of
which I may die seized without first obtaining leave of court and without giving
security for the application of the proceeds there from and is hereby
authorized and directed to execute and deliver the necessary and proper deed or
deeds for proper conveying of same.
Item Lastly I hereby nominate, constitute and appoint my beloved wife, Amanda L
PEBLEY, executrix of this my Last Will and Testament.
In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal this 30th day of
September A. D. 1913, to this my Last Will and Testament which I have caused to
be typewritten on two (2) sheets of paper to each of which I have affixed my
signature.

Signed sealed published and declared by the above named testator as and for his
Last Will and Testament in the presence of us who at his request and in his
presence and in the presence of each other have hereunto subscribed our names as
witnesses.

Before me, Sherman Tibbott, Register of the Probate of Wills and granting
Letters of Administration in and for said county, personally came Sara Stroup
Rhne and L Verde Rhne the subscribing witnesses to the foregoing will who being
duly sworn according to law do depose and say that they were present and saw and
heard Albert Pebley the within named Testator sign, seal, publish pronounce and
declare the foregoing instrument of writing as and for ;his last will and
testament and at the time of so doing he was of sound mind memory and
understanding to the best of their knowledge, of observation and belief
