The last will and Testament of Elizabeth PARRISH
I Elizabeth Parrish being of sound mind do make and publish this my last will
and testament in manner and form.
First I give to my Grandughter Matilda Storm one three year old heifer one
yearling Calf and one large rocking chair.
Second to my son John and my daughter Johanna I leave and bequeath all and
singular my personal property household and farming impliments live stock &c.
I also direct that my just debts be paid by the said John and Johana out of
the proceeds of my personal property which I give to them.
And further I do hereby appoint my son John my sole executor of this my last
will and testament.
In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal the Sixteenth day of
December A.D. 1893.

Sealed signed published and declared by the above named Elizabeth Parrish to
be her last will and testament in the presence of us who at her request and
in her presence have subscribed our names as witness thereunto.

Before me F.B. Jones Register of the Probate of Wills and granting Letters of
Administration in and for said County, personally came William O'Hara and
J.H. Dimond, the subscribing witnesses to the foregoing Will, who being duly
sworn according to law, do depose and say, that they were present and saw and
heard Elizabeth Parrish, the within named testatrix, sign, seal, publish,
pronounce, and declare the foregoing instrument of writing and for her last
Will and Testament, and at the time of so doing she was of sound mind, memory
and understanding, to the best of their knowledge, observation and belief.
