PETITION FOR LETTERS, ESTATE OF Lydia J. Michaels, late of Beaverdale,
Summerhill Twp., dec'd. Filed Jan 21, 1924.

To the Register of Wills of Cambria County, Penna.
The petition of David T. Michaels respectfully showeth that Lydia J.
Michaels, late a resident of Beaverdale, Summerhill Twp., Cambria County, Pa.,
and being a citizen of the United States, died on or about the 7th day of
December, A.D. 1923, at about ___ o'clock __ p.m., intestate, possessed of
personal property valued at $300.00, and of real estate valued at $1,400.00, as
nearly as can be ascertained at this time, said real estate situated and briefly
described as follows: All that certain lot or piece of ground situate in the
Mountain Coal Company's plan of the Town of Lloydell, Sumerhill Twp., Cambria
Co., Pa., and known and designated as lot No. 6 in section "R" of said plan;
That said decedent left to survive as heirs and next of kin the following
and no others:
Margaret Figart, daughter, Red Fork, Okla., age over 21.
Margaret Pollings, grandaughter, Montgomery, Pa., R.D., age over 21.
Frieda Michaels, grandaughter, Johnstown, PA, age 12.
William Michaels, grandson, Johnstown, PA, age 10.
Ellis H. Michaels, son, Beaverdale, Pa., age over 21.
John H. Michaels, son, Beaverdale, Pa., age over 21.
David T. Michaels, son, Beaverdale, Pa., age over 21.
Martha E. Michaels, daughter, Beaverdale, Pa., age over 21.
Helen L. Detandt, daughter, Lincoln Place, Pa., age 20.
The petitioner prays that an appraiser be appointed for Transfer
Inheritance Tax purposes.
Cambria County, SS:
David T. Michaels petitioner above named being duly sworn according to law
says that the matters and things set forth in the foregoing petition are true to
the best of his knowledge and belief.
