Lewis Link Will, late of Jackson Twp. 13 Jan 1859

Knowing as much by those present, that I Lewis Link, farmer living in Jackson 
Township, Cambria County, State of Pennsylvania do publish this and declare 
it to be my last will and testament heard revoking and making void all or 
eney former will by me at eney time heard or made. I first comend my sole to 
God from whence it came and my body to be intered in the Berry Ground at 
Benshoff Church and my funeral be conducted in a Christian-like manner. And I 
further direct and desire that my executive will pay all my buring expenses 
out of the first money that may come in his hands out of property real or 
personly. Next I desire that all my just and honest debts be paid out of the 
proceeds of my estate. Next I will and desire that the farm that I now live 
on laying in Jackson Township County and State before mentioned containing 
one Hundred and nine acres be left in the possession of my beloved wife 
Suffrah while she remains my widow to have all and every priviledge and 
income that I belonging and it is my wish and desire that she my wife will 
keep my children Rachel, William, Elizabeth, Samuel and Lewis on the farm and 
see that they are raised in a Christian-like manner. Also I direct and desire 
that my wife Suffrah shall have all my personel property that I may dye in 
possession of and to hold the same untill all my heirs is of lawfull age and 
then my wish and desire is that all my property real and personly shall be 
sold and divided equal share and share alike among my lawfull heirs and 
should my beloved wife Suffrah marrey eney other man then it is my wish and 
desire that my farm shall be taking out of her hands and rented for the the 
support of the children untill they become of age and then disposed of in 
like manner as hearon before mentioned and further it is my will and desire 
that if eney of my children shall bring a law suit or caws one to be brought 
againsts my estate that they shall be cut out and receive none of estate, 
either real or personel in ______. I, Lewis Link having in my rite mind for 
what I am thanfull to God from which all blessings flow I sine my name and 
seal this 13th day of January 1859. Also I hearby appoint my aslearned friend 
Henry C. Goughnour my lawfull executor to settle my bisness. Ludwig Link (

The words I acknow in the third line and my in the eighteenth line was
inscribed before signing. ( There were changes in the document in line 3 and
