Last Will and Testament of Paul KREUTZER, Sr.
In the name of God Amen.
I Paul Kreutzer of Carroll Township Cambria Co Pa do make my last will and
testament in manner following. That is to say. First I direct that my body be
decently interred in the Cemetery of the Catholic Church at Carrolltown and
that my funeral expenses and twenty Masses for the repose of my soul be paid
out of the amount due me by my son Paul Kreutzer Jr.
I give and bequeath to my said son Paul Kreutzer all my property both real
and personal for which he is to pay to my daughter Christina the sum of three
hundred Dollars and to my daughter Philomena the sum of three hundred and
fifty Dollars within three years after my death. I also give and bequeath my
cow to my said daughter Philomena Kreutzer.
And lastly I appoint my son Paul Kreutzer as executor of this my will hereby
revoking all former wills by me at any time heretofore made.
In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal this eighth day of
September A.D. 1887.

Before me F.B. Jones, Register of the Probate of Wills and granting Letters
of Administration in and for said County, personally came Paul Yahner and
R.S. Yinger, the subscribing witnesses to the foregoing Will, who being duly
sworn according to law, do depose and say that they were present and saw and
heard Paul Kreutzer Sr., the within named testator, sign, seal, publish,
pronounce, and declare the foregoing instrument of writing as and for his
last Will and Testament and at the time of so doing he was of sound mind,
memory, and understanding, to the best of their knowledge, observation and
belief.
