In the name of God and man, I, David E. Jenkins of the Borough of Johnstown, 
County of Cambria, and State of Pennsylvania, being in good health, sound 
mind, memory, and understanding, do make and declare this to be my will and 
testament in manner following, that is to say, I order that all my just 
debts, funeral expenses and charges of pending this my will, be in the first 
place fully paid and satisfied, and after payment thereof and every part 
thereof I give and bequeath to Sarah. E. Jenkins, my beloved wife, all my 
goods, chattels, debts, any money, effects and other my estate whatsoever and 
wheresoever, both real and personal.

And I do hereby nominate, constitute and appoint J. S. Strayer, of Johnstown 
Borough, executor of this my will , hereby revoking and making void all 
former and other wills by me at anytime heretofore made, and declare this 
only to be my last will and testament. In witness whereof I, be said 
testator, have to this my last will and testament set my hand and seal the 11 
day of August 1883.

Signed, sealed, published and declared by the said testator as for his last 
will and testament, in the presence of us, who in his presence and at his 
request have subscribe our names as witness thereto

I, Joseph S. Strayer do affirm that as the executor of David E. Jenkins late 
of Johnstown deceased. I will well and truly administer the goods and 
chattels, rights and credits of said deceased, agreeably to law, and that I 
will employ with provisions of the law relating to collateral inheritances.
